will this cause an issue?

so I've been using ves gold oil since I got my sled, ordered another 4 ltrs and the nuffnuffs sent me polaris red race oil instead!! Will mixing these cause a problem? they are both fully synthetic oil.

You can mix and match Polaris blue, ves or race oil with out any issues. Polaris race oil is probably the best oil they have, also the most expensive.

Agree with Sledpeddler. Eight of us bought 14 cases of the Poo VES Racing Synthetic 2 Cycle Oil from our dealer. He cut us a hell of a deal. One of the guys has been running it for 3 yrs based on what Tri City Poo showed him on their workbench. No one around here has had any oil related issues with this juice.

Some dealers don't even stock it(or don't know about it). It's probably $5-$10 more than the Gold. Blue jug with a red label. Part #2878191. If that's what you have, you're good to go.

the race oil is great oil...but it does not provide the corrosion protection that the gold does..fine for riding but when you store the sled you need to get the race oil out of the system and put in gold............and be dilligent in fogging the motor right....
