Will my new 154 wheelie?

I just baught a summit hillclimb 154 and I'm wundering if I'll be able to get it to wheelie like my short track 800 revs. I've never riden a long track. I baught this for riding out west. I went once last year and I'm totaly addicted. But I'd like to show it off around home too, and the only fun thing to do in the flats is wheelie right? And build kickers off the tops of the biggest hills you can find.

I don't have to many miles on my 09 154X yet but it doesn't seem to lift the front end near as much as my 06 159X did. bringing the front end way up and getting it vertical is a lot of fun but it also hurts the sleds ability to climb in deep snow. suck up the limiter stap in the deep stuff and let it out in the spring snow and have some fun!!

They are designed to NOT lift the front.....of course you can adjust susp to maximize transfer, but why?? Power used to lift the sled is power not propelling it forward.;)

ya what he said but if you need to look cool just let the strap loose heck you can make a 380 sls wheelie on one spark plug with the limiter strap loose. any way just have fun and a safe winter on the new ride:beer;

154's don't wheelie :)

Set it up right and you won't have a problem. My 146 will carry skies for 100ft if i try. Get a good clutch kit and let out the limiter strap.

There was some video on Youtube with some guys cranking on the xp long tracks in the flats. Just search for it... it was some cool shots.

Cheers

lolz....

will this be the same guy jumping on his rear bumper in a drag race? thinking it will help him win? and ultimately just look like a dork?

i'm usually laying on the bars tryin to keep the skis DOWN...not pull them up. yeah, i prob look like a dork doing that too.. hahaha

to each their own I spose.

:confused::confused:

This is great, you guys are not taking this serious right?:D

ROTFLMFAO!

WHAT?!?! I love people that respond to threads who don't have a clue. I ride an 08 Everest 154 & the lift is incredible. In the deep pow, all you have to do is hit the throttle & the front end lifts. I don't do a lot of wheelies per say, but I have jumped off the sled several times because I thought it was coming over backwards on top of me. It will lift the front end off the ground if you want it to.

i geared my 146 down to 20 49 and it wheelys like crazy with the stock clutching where ever i want it to.
let your limiter strap out and gear it down
