Will Everything Fit....?? Maybe a Sled Lift?

So here's what I'm dealing with. I have a 41' enclosed living quarters trailer with a garage in the back. I'm looking to haul two 155'' mountain sleds (I don't have the sleds yet but they will be a 2012 or 2013 not sure of the brand though). I'd also like to put a snow bike in with them. I'm not sure how all 3 will fit as I can't even figure out how to fit just the two sleds. The garage measures 12' from the cabinets to the rear ramp. The problem is I have a space between the wheel wells in the front of only 7' (84"). I don't know if I can get two sleds in side by side (maybe someone here has experience with that). I know most deckover trailers are 102'' wide. I could load them in backwards but I don't know if I can reverse sleds up the ramp and into the trailer (maybe someone also has experience in that department). The ceiling is 8' tall and if there was a way to add a lift I'd go that route if I can get it all to fit. I was thinking a small lift where one sled sits on top of the other (they make similar lifts for garage storage). I don't know if 8' is enough room height wise though.

One important thing for me is making it easy to use (load and unload). I will be living in the trailer full time all winter and frequently moving the sleds in and out so I don't want it to be a 45 min process. Here are a couple pics of it. Everyone here seems to have great ingenuity so any advice or ideas is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can either build some ramps on your wheel wells to drive them both in forward, or you can load on forward and one backwards. Reverse into a trailer isn't to bad, as long as you have some guides and some grip for your track.

What about adding a small 2000# atv winch to help with backing in if it becomes a problem. You can buy a superwinch brand for $100.

I think you're going to have to put one in backwards so it's just a matter of how to do it the easiest.

Use ski skins on them.

You could use a small winch which would temporarily be hooked to floor tie down point/s up front and winch it in. Tie the ski ends to the running boards or rear bumper so the skis can't turn (maybe some quick clips and 2 sections of pre-measured rope.

Maybe the bike would fit between the sleds.

Shouldn't be too hard. I would think one forward, one backward and jam the sno-bike in however.

(on a side note... if you know someone from Extreme Logistics (floor mats), they might be able to help you out w/ this given that they're probably pretty smart w/ figurin' out unique situations)

Trailer sure looks nice!
