yes the gap is fixed. now have screws holding it in place.

One more question about the 2019..
Does it have an actual belt temp gauge?

I have on order several wired plug connectors that plugs into the back of the 2019 magnetic tether, same connector used on the sleds factory harness, the connector is a water sealed type connector. Send me a PM if interested on me sending you one.
Will have them made up by end of this week.
