I bought a 144" SBA in 2013 and Im now kicking myself in the *** and wishing I wouldve bought the 155" SBA. Is it possible for me to put a Pro rmk 155" skid in then just put a tunnel extension on and change the gearing?
I believe the front mounting hole will be in the right spot, but the rear mounts won't line up. The rmk has a further distance from front to rear mounting bolts.
Along with this difference, you still have to overcome different track pitches, needed tunnel extension and the rmk's are geared stock to 20/42.
I would recommend a 2'' track until you can switch it out your machine to the rmk assault.
change the drivers and install a 146" camo extreme 2.5", and 19-45 gearing and enjoy. This track will fit with no problem, with just changing drivers real simple to do. If you have the funds install a timbersled rear skid with this track and it makes it really sweet. And if that isn't enough send you motor to indy dan for long rod conversion. I am really really happy with mine.
