Will C/F 08 800 MBRP can fit on 06 700??

Hey guys my buddy has a C/F 08 800 MBRP can and wonding if it will go on the brother in laws C/F 06 700?? I would try it but i don't leave close to him anybody know for sure?? Thanks

I think that the can is different from the 7 to the 8. I do think that they are the same between the 600 and 700. Like I said, Im not sure but I think they are different. GL

The can has the same oem part number for the 700 and 800's. It'll fit/work fine.
