Will a 07 600 carbed have trouble codes after this?

Sled ran fine all day then on the way back to trailer sled went to one cylinder,gauges were flickering, lights going off and on, gauges would go out and the "service" would light up. Then BAM back on full engine power and gauges all good. So there is no doubt its electrical but could be a regulator or a stator...or a shorted wire or a coil pack. I was going to start with regulator but in the grand scheme of things after talking to the dealer he said...."bring it in and we will scan it"

I am thinking there is no CEL on so would there be any stored trouble codes? Would there be? It would be nice cause sled wont act up again right now so it is hard to duplicate and pin point. DO you guys think there will be any DTC's??

So will the 07 store trouble codes? even if there currently is a no service light...or check engine light.

What are your headlights looking like right now? Dim or super bright?

When the VR went out on my bud's '06 600 Carb, the lights got real dim.

your carbed sled has no computer so there would be no codes.

Thats what I was thinking.. I figure I will start on it the ole fashion way and start testing each component.
