LOL! When I first read I thought your wife was going to go and ride and you stay home and watch the baby.
Well all I can say is when there is will there is a way. Your riding style might change a bit though. Pull out the touring sled, find a nice groomed trail. Then wear a baby carrier on the front of you and zip him up in your coat. It is going to be awhile before you can stick a helmet on his head. He is dang cute. I'd want to pack him up and take him with for sure.

I'm a big softy. I would rather sit in my reclyner all day and snuggle my babies than a great day of riding. 5 1/2 and 4 years old now and they are going with me tomorrow. It's my 4 year old favorite thing in the world!!
Feel your pain, my wifes gone to a scrapbooking reatreat all weekend. Me and the three girls till sunday. Didn't mind it today I'm still hurting from yesterday, but I'll be longing for the hills a bit tomorrow.
Lol I remember those days stay home enjoy the time with them cause they grow up way too fast then its hard to get hugs talk them into watching TV go snowmobiling or any other activity with you mine is 8 now and already has her own life between school, Dance, gymnastics and friends it seems not much time for dad now at least not like it use to be.

I didn't get to ride last week for the exact same reason. I love my boys and love to spend time with them, but sometimes the timing just sucks. My wife could have made plans on Tuesday when it was snowing and miserable so I could ride on Wednesday when there was new snow and sunshine. Watched the kids instead. At least they are fun and cute little bastards.
I got the same stuff goin on from the boss. He wants me to stay and work. Last time I just left the kids in charge of things.
I wonder how old they have to be to babysit????
