Not to hijack the thread, and I'm not a girl... but you might find this funny.Klim worked for me today. Hard hit to the bars and I didn't feel a thing. Just had a lot of snow up my coat after my chest hit the bars with a hand stand dismount flopping in the snow. Darn ditches in flat light!

I sorta did one of those last weekend.... hit a rock (or maybe part of the mountain) descending a steep one; stopped me instantly. But the part that followed is actually kinda entertaining..... as I flew over the bars the waist strap on my Snowpulse pack somehow caught my bars and I was left hanging there till I managed to get myself untangled! I didn't find it too funny at the time, but I can laugh now. Too bad no one got a pic of it
Do you any of you ladies run the Tekvest with an avy-pack? I am concerned about the shoulder pads. Also looking at the Alpinestars flackjacket. Pads are removable.
Thanks,
Amy
