Wide Open Throttle??? How long can you hold her open in your 2 stroke turbo or BB??

If your EGT keep creaping up on a climb and you increased your main jet size, its probably the stinger end on your pipe is too tight.
As for how long can you keep it pined, on my crank shop 910 after I chand the pipes out to Jaws I did about a two min pull in really deep snow.

The thinner the cylinder wall the less material you have to transfer the heat quick enough. The same theory apply with disc brakes. If some has more theory on this please add you 2 cents.
