Why would Polaris run champions? Change your plugs.

have had the champion plugs in my 08 d7 since new...never had an issue, after about 1100 miles i decided to put new ones in, had a spare set of champions put them in and now have 1000 miles on them. What works works

Read what Mountain Horse said (good to hear from you MH!) Polaris had a cross ref sheet even back in 08 from the racing dept. that said the NKG BPR9ES was totally compatible. Like MH said..its all about low bid or the best deal on a train car load of them for the OEM.

SLP has a D800 tuning tips PDF. SLP reccomended the NGK Irradiums..

I have ran NGK's since 08 on all my Polaris sleds with little to no problems.

Order them by a box of ten at your local O'Riellys or other auto parts store. A box of ten is about the same price as two at your dealer.
