Why does every hate on polaris?

Why does a red thumb cause you so much stress?? Who has the problem.

I just think its childish, if I had a real problem with it you would have a bar of red and a 0 rating. I also get a kick out of your denial,
I mean come on, I rave about how kick a$$ the sled is except the engine which is inferior to the others, and that in reality is just my opinion as you have yours obviously but I don't get all bent about it.
Sometimes I guess the truth just gets to people, keep your blinders on so you stay safe.

There are two things that I can count on in this forum when I see your name at the top of a post... (1) you will once again say that Polaris motors are junk... broken record!(2) Your knickers will be in a bunch when someone gives you the "dreaded red thumb" You are a joke sir.

I heard that all Poo's will be made in mexico by 2017. I guess things are working out well for the wheelers and rangers. It will be a real sad day when that happens. I have a poo in my inventory, but will never buy another poo ever. Taking jobs from the midwest and shipping south sucks. Shame on you Polaris....

you just want to see what I would do to a pro, lol.

(put a suzuki in it)
had a buddy with a 2012 proclimb burn down with only 500 miles 2 weeks ago alll stock too,was with him there was no reason for it either so issues happen to any brand even suzuki ?? o and still waiting on parts for sled too like alot of others with cats just saying,as i still go visit my local dealer often,as with my old cat i was there every week

Polaris has never made a really good 800. The CFI just had more trouble than the old ones. I know people will cry foul but I remember more than a few old EDGE sleds with the clutch laying in the belly pan with the end of the crank stuck in it. Cat has had good luck with the current 800 but they cant live down their failures as well. 580s WILL break piston skirts and window the case at 2000 miles!! DOO tripped over the curb shooting for the moon. Nothing runs like a Rotax but they do ignorant things like greasing the crank bearings or using a nylon gear to drive the water and oil pump. They all have some troubles and some successes. Brand loyalty is ignorance. Repetitive purchases of a failed product turns that product into a success in the companies eyes. I think the PRO is cool as hell but i will not own a Polaris 800. The 600 looks good though:face-icon-small-coo

I think people hate because the motor does not have as much HP as Ski Doo and Cat. It has been proven over and over again the Poo is about 8 HP lower than the other 2. So with that said the Cat and Doo guys get bent out of shape when our under powered motor is just as capable as their sleds. They know once Polaris puts out an 800 that produce 160+ HP that Cat and Doo will have no chance.

All this bad motor talk about the 800 mine has been great and I have 2200 miles on it. It is a lot of trail riding but 2200 miles is 2200 miles.

Pretty much nailed it. when you ride them back to back the cat seems to feel more powerful. Get them on a hillside where you actually have to do more then straight line it and the polaris just seems to work better/easier. I think IF I end up getting one next year it will stay bone stock till warranty is up due to the motor issues though.

RAH-RAH-SHIM-BOOM-BAH! POLARIS ROCKS, BLAH-BLAH-BLAH!

Who f&#kin' cares. Buy watcha like and giversum. If it blows up, rebuild it. If it's clutched wrong, re-clutch it. If it looks like a sore dick....well, yer on yer own.

Brand-blind-loyalty is for the small dick'd and/or socially inept.

Yep, I'm a Cat guy....who is buying a Polaris. It does happen, yes.

Trial miles are like old lady miles on a car, they dont really count.

Well I am not brand loyal and I have owned Cats. Cat may be my next sled.

Yes I know trail miles are not as hard on a sled as deep snow mountain riding. You may not think it but at times we get some deep snow out here in the Northeast. Obvioulsy nothing like out west. I run my sled hard enough that I broke my motor mounts 3 times so it does get some abuse :face-icon-small-hap
