Regardless of what you ride, you should to some degree want the "other" guy to have a better sled. That is was pushes the industry to make better, lighter, faster, better performing sleds. I am not brand loyal at all. Have owned all the big four and have done so because I buy what's the best at the time. Yes, dealer support is a BIG factor. But if that's equal among brands I'll buy what is the best for "me". Yes, that is subjective of course. But by doing research on Snowest and looking at all the forums I come to my own conclusions. It doesn't matter if someone doesn't like what I ride, they didn't pay for it, I did. If someone feels better about their purchase by bashing mine, so be it. Yes, I currently ride a Pro and that's because in my research I found that to be the best mountain sled on the market "right now". Being in the top spot changes constantly. New technologies come out all the time and drive competition. We the snowmobiling community are the winners. Actually I think we're pretty lucky. Not all motorsports change as rapidly as the snowmobile industry. Who know's, when all the 2013's are released I could be on something different next year. But it really comes down to are "you" happy with your purchase? What's the old saying about trying to impress people you really don't like anyway. In other words don't worry about other opinions, they don't matter. And yes, the Pro is the best. LOL!
