Why did I buy a koso? Tired of it never working

Pulled my digitron off, installed koso. Rpms are wrong. It turns on and off, only stays on at idle. The egts seem off too.

It was like this on the last sled time I tired to use it.

What gives?

Do they not stay on all the time? Like do they take a second to "think" and go blank?

Did I install wrong?

I want to ride, not work on ****

I will say that the water temp does seen correct but I didn't spend $500 for a water temp gauge.
