Whooo's for a Trade?

Many will try and be like Mike, but there will only be 1 MJ ever! They asked what's the difference? How about 3 rings, 3 MVP's, and a shoe endorsement. :D OH I forgot, 6 finals MVP's. Shaq led the lakers to 3 titles.

P.S, that was a fun clip to watch Hatch!

That was fun to watch.

Whats the difference between the two? One is the Original, the other a copy cat..........oh and ya, a mug shot, lol!

If you compare stats at this point in their career, Kobe has the title, But... If you compare MVP's, rings, finals, etc, kobe has some catching up to do.

Oh and you don't think MJ has never done anything wrong? I love mj, i buy a different pair of Mj shoes every month, and wear MJ t shirts almost every day, but he was an AVID gambler. And we know why he left for those couple years when he was in his PRIME. He got caught in a gambling scheme and the comissioner asked him to leave for a little so they didn't have to step up and taint the legacy that MJ created for the league. he then came back and won more titles! There is tons of evidence of that, and right before he left he was all over the news about a possible betting conection.

I don't see what the big deal is with MJ gamebling. It's not like the man can't afford it. Him loosing a million on a round of golf is like me having to buy my buddy a beer if i loose. He never bet against his team, so to me it's not a big deal. There's nothing wrong with gameling, if you can afford it. Kobe's far from having better stats than Jordan IMO.
MJ averaged over 30.1 ppg, and Kobe's at 25 right now. He's already over his prime IMO too. MJ averaged 5.3 assists per game, and Kobe's averageing 4.6. MJ averaged 2.3 steals per game, and Kobe's average is 1.5 I'd say Jordan leads in #'s also. Jordan made his team better from the day he got there, and it took Kobe 10 years to figure out he's not the only player on the Lakers. I'd take Jordan in his prime any day over Kobe in his prime to be on my team.

I agree with this!!! Jordan is the best basketball player to ever play the game.. Kobe could never leave a legacy like Jordan did.. I think its a disgrace to Jordan to have kolby even compared to him

The NBA has changed a lot from the Jordan, Mailman, Stockton era.. I still love the NBA but wish it was like it used to be.. That was the best

Its not gambling, its the fact that he was gambling illegally on something, somehow. He wouldn't of left if he didn't. We will prob never know but something happened there, and the rumors during the time were illegal betting. And about the numbers, didn't kobe reach whatever amount of points like 2 years sooner than MJ?? or am i wrong, it doesn't really matter though cause stats don't equal championships. Players i would take in their prime, MJ i would take first.

Lebron James... Hows a tripple double sound? Although he sucked it up last series.
Michael Jordan...

Kobe reached 20,000 points at an earlier age than MJ, only because he didn't play any ball in college. Jordan reached it faster from the time he came into the NBA. Kobe was just a few years younger than Jordan. Lebron James had a lot better #'s than Kobe did this year. He averaged 2 more points, 2 more assists, and 2 more rebounds than Kobe. The only problem he had, was his supporting cast wasn't nearly as good. Also, the reason he left the NBA for a few years, was because his dad was murdered, and he lost intrest in playing basketball for a while, and wanted to try baseball. He found out he couldn't do that, so he came back to the Bulls.

Then sorry to jordan, i take that back. My financial Literacy teacher who is like 30 is probably the biggest MJ fan around, his room is littered in posters, pictures and jeserys, and he told us the whole gambling thing. Maybe he was just telling us that because the class is to be money smart and he wanted to get the point out to stay away from gambling . haha. Yes Lebron is going to have to get a supporting cast if he wants to continue his legacy.

Speaking of NBA, see the Draft Lotery?? Bulls with #1 pick! think they'll take Derick Rose. There is someweird conections to MJ with him. His number is 23, he is from Chicago, His best friend is Michael Jordan's kid, He is dating Michael Jordans Neice, and already signed a contract to sport his own Jordan shoes next year. Predicted Number one, but he was way to inconsistent and streaky last year for me, i relize he's young, but he showed signs of greatness one game, and a average player the next. I'd take Beasly, and if i was looking for a point gaurd (which chicago needs because Hienrich is struggling lately, and Tyrus Thomas should develop to be a solid upside forward which would make up for a lack of Beasly) i would seriously consider Jaryd Bayless, much more solid player than the one track mind of OJ Mayo, which is offense, and was much more conistant through highschool, AAU ( yes you might think i'm weird but i follow Highschool and National AAU almost as much as College, last is NBA. haha ), and collage the Rose.

Jazz will take the 7-1 center, Roy Hibbert from Georgetown is my guess, he should still be around. He should be a good fit as long as he is not asked to play a transistion game.
