who would want another hillclimb event

powder king owners might allow a hillclimb they had one about three years ago but they have new owners now.

Red Mountain would do it... they let sleds up there in the spring.

Actually, all the new condo owners might have something to say now.

Oh wait, they all lost thier condos when the market crashed, we should be good to go!

Red would be a sweet one to do again,they used to do it back in 94
first weekend after they close and the black dimond runs will have some narly 4ft moggles!!

fernie used to have one too, back in the early 90's.


The ski hill in calgary said they would allow hill drags up the mogul course, which is pretty steep. met with the project manager last year and took a sled out on the hill to scope it out. got the angles and length of the hill writen down someplace. COP was all for it, even offered to have a snow cat on site to groom it all day. snow is on the hill till late may.
