most of our trucks still run duals, see a few set up with super singles

I half seen some log trucks with a 3rd axle, but it is in front of the rear axles, on the truck

if you lift the last axle on the truck and the first on the trailer, you have a 20-24 tonnes on your driveaxle.... good for winthertraction

automatic(suncronized manually gearbox that shifts aotomatically)
and auto with clutch(same as abowe, but with clutchpetal)

most of our trucks use manual trans, non syn. with clutch pedal, 18 speeds are very popular

ya youtube, for us to haul up a one lane paved road, would require the state patrol, maybe close the freakin road down
