Who to send shocks to for rebuild?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I figured if I have a suspension question then I might be alright. I need to have the two shocks in my rear suspension rebuilt. The local shop wants $180 in labor alone. Seems like I've heard of paces that do a good job for less than that. I'm pulling the shocks out and can mail them. Any suggestions? TIA
