Yeah, you would think that I would know this as many times as I have traveled from Boise to Clayton, but I guess that I spend all of my time looking for deer, elk and crazy tourist rather than at the river.

I know one thing. Those guys have balls of steel.

Lochsa Falls 20, boaters 0. Thanks Head for that one. I have only floated that once and I remember coming up to that rapid and seeing a water spout and a crow flying out of it (floaters omen). I did make it through, but my river buddy took the omen and ported it (wuss).
