who rides without reverse do any of you guys put reverse in a sled normally without reverse?

No reverse on my 07 440.

Dad has RER on his MACH Z and mom has it on her 04 Z440.

The only thing reverse is good for is getting off the trailer, but when you have a drive on drive off then still, what do you need it for.

Every time they try and use it in they usually get stuck after about 2 feet.

Old sleds were Powder Specials with no reverse. It sucked. New sleds both have reverse. it's the greatest thing since sliced bread! I could never go back. You have to be careful though, it can get you hurt. I've heard of guys almost going over the front of their sleds when the primary hooks up. I've never done that.....yesterday..maybe a little bit. It got my attention. lol

Also nice when you need to turn around on the trail.

Poo made a reverse kit, but it was cable operated with a lever mounted on the handlebars. With a factory mountain strap on my sled, there is no level spot on the handlebars left to mount any kind of lever (or anything else for that matter.) So its the tug and pull and swear and tug and pull and swear routine for me until I can actually afford a sled with reverse (or win one in a contest!)
