That's like putting seat covers on your truck. Saving it for someone else. It will look more appealing to someone buying if it still has warranty.4 year warranty is great since it goes with the sled when you sell it.
I think the economy isn’t helping. But remember Trumps last term? He made used sleds prices great again! That lack of warranty is whats hurting the used market on the turbos.
CheaterPulled the trigger on a Summit Expert turbo 165” . I can decide in the Fall if I want the 4 year warranty or get 2K more in trade in bonus cash.

You didn’t get a chance to ride it did you? That sled looks really good in person.
Not yet. Might be after snowcheck. Not sure yet.You didn’t get a chance to ride it did you?
Looks like some nice changes for the ds. I would love to ride the 26. Still having flashbacks from the re so I'm going to try the expert.Went with the black Shredder DS 3900 Turbo. I'm stoked to try the new steering, ski, spindle combo/upgrade from my 22 Boondocker.View attachment 431156
I can get a expert $1200 cheaper than a full loaded 9r. Not apples to apples because not same dealer. Must just be a Canadian thing. The 9r is overpriced because the boost speced the same was only $500 more.I ordered a 2026 Summit X-165 NA, it was $100 more than my 2025 exact same snow check and with the extra year warranty and the weight loss and tweaks I felt not too bent overAnd especially when I have friends pricing 2026 9R's and there 4-6 grand more like holy!!
445 for na. Don’t remember turbo. 7 pounds heavier than an expert so I would assume it's 7 pound heavier than expert wet weight plus the difference between an expert and x. That's the long version of i haven't seen a rtr on ds.I'd like to snow check a Shredder DS but it would be nice to compare the weight to a summit x. Anyone seen a ready to ride weight?
