Who machines Shockwave helix's???

Last year guys were talking about have some special machining done to the shockwave to help it perform properly and shift out all the way.....who does this? Need to have mine done before the season starts.

If I remember right, I believe someone said Val simmons will do it. Hopefully somebody else chimes in on this.
