Decided we had worked enough for the week and headed out to our favorite spot. Still trying to decide how to decrease the work load in the near future for another run. Sounds like Tudizzle and the Spring Fling crew had a good weekend. Who else is trying to stretch the season out a little longer?

I'm so jealous!!! I haven't rode in almost 3 months and will need to see a psychiatrist soon I don't think I can make it until November without riding:face-icon-small-fro sled movies are helping a little though lol

Rode Thursday May 1st with CO 2.0, Wyoboy1000 and Goinboardin and found two feet of fresh snow! Was a good day till i smoked a tree and bent an a arm. Need to edit my video

Got in a pretty good ride last Friday (May 2). Put on about 60 miles but had to stay as high as you can get in this country. Got soft in the afternoon but the temp was over 70 when we got back to the truck. I think it is almost over for the year. :face-icon-small-sad

I get pretty disappointed when the grass starts to green up, but it's great knowing that this is some of the best riding of the year. I passed more trucks pulling boats and campers than I ever remember seeing this time of year. Can't believe so many folks still think you can only ride a sled 3 months out of the year lol.

Lincoln MT bowls should be great until 5-31-2014. The last day they will let us ride up there. I went last Sunday and it was snowing on us. Great day! Hero snow, pick any line and let the horses play! Leave the brain at home those type of days.

For me it all depends on the snow. If it's complete hardpack, I can take it or leave it. If it's still "real" snow....I'm all over it. But I get my 1 or 2 hardpack days in the sun and call it quits for the summer, even though there's still snow till July.

Been ripping hard. rode 19 days in April.

Taking a few days off to dirtbike down low lately until things go from icy to spring slush. some of my favorite riding of the year.

Snow line was maybe 1000' out of the valley last night. Gonna be a long spring.

Planed on riding today but got slammed with a case of food poisoning Thursday night and still recovering :(

Hope there is still a ride or two left. Eric

Went up last weekend and it was decent, there's still plenty for a couple more rides if I can find people to go with....

So a couple of us are planning to ride today. I have to admit my motovation is waning. The grass is green, been mowed once already this year. The lilacs are starting to bloom and it is pouring rain.... been raining all night.

I can't even see the mountains this morning it is so socked in. I guess what all this means is that we will either have an epic May powder day or fighting the muddy road to ride spring rot will piss me off, I am hoping for a decent ride.

Pics to follow tonight.
