Just wondering if anyone is running this set up? Is there a map set up for the silber kits?

If you go on YouTube. Check out some of Cody Phillips vids. Silber with Vipec. Don't watch the vids with launch control. They will scare the crap out of you!
One night late I was digging through some vids. I finally ran into a Pro vid that really sounded crisp. Most sound like brrrrrrrrrrrrrap. Finally something that made me consider upgrading from my carb turbine.
I would give you a link, but I just got off the short bus.
I am considering having Bryce or Cody build me something next year. I don't just want a 'kit'. When you are a back yard builder for years, you have something particular in mind. I too think that about the Precision situation. I think Bryce and Cody outweigh that though. Plus with stand alone the possibilities are limitless. I have not talked to them on the phone but I have some ideas.
Also, maybe pawpaw will chime in. I want to see what his results have been.
That's great, but you forget he won't sell to the US.
Neil's sleds are impressive for sure. I don't think anyone can argue that. If the fueling is equal you still have more options with a stand alone ecu. It opens up a entire new world of possibilities.

Give me a call I can set it up for you. Stop wasting your time.![]()
I can't believe I keep hearing this is the best kit yet. Of course other than the dangerous bog or a hesitation when getting on and off throttle? Is this just the attitude because you bought the kit? Paying $5000 plus? I'm assuming everyone was expecting a pull the rope and ride kit like advertised? I've been duped into buying into the promise thing(PAR 910). It's pull the rope and ride I'm told, oh ya accept u have to buy a pipe to make it run, oh and u have to change fuel controller etc.,etc.. I wouldn't go around recommending it to anyone or saying its the best kit. Shouldn't a good kit that we pay good money for be tested and tried before it's offered to the public? I'm sure each manufacturer has the best intentions. But come on! This is no way a demeaning thread towards Cory, he is a stand up dude who probably has tried everything in his power to correct the situation.
Just wish we as customers and snowest members would speak more honestly about our situations. If I had a sled that bogged, turbo or naturally aspirated I would call it like I see it.
I hope everything gets worked out! It's a short snow year as it is, it will b over before we know it.
Well we are getting into the second half of the season and I am just frustrated. I dont want to give up but I dont want to put me or my sled in a position that the Bullydog fails to perform and then I have a wrecked sled or a wrecked body. So many different senarios of issues not sure how one map can fix all of them. i trust Justin and Corey to do the work and have a great running sled but I want to get mine running now. I drive a long ways to ride and its expensive so I just want to have a great running sled when I get there. I am not buying a vipec, I believe Justin is close and just wish he could come on here and let us know how its going and give us an ETA of a fix. Justin and Corey have always been there and I am going to trust that this is the right thing to do. I know for a fact my sled rips better than it ever has in the last 3 kits but has its achilies heel "the bog" . So I guess we will see. Justin hows it coming along?
What would we be looking at cost wise to get a Silber Bullydog all dialed in with a Vipec?
Oh I feel your pain man I was in the same exact position with my last turbo sled (Impulse Nytro). It really sucks for us that drive a long way to ride. Drag sleds out 12 hours to ride for 3-4 days and get there the first day it won't run. That's enough to make ya wanna go back to riding stock, and I hate stock. And you only get out a few trips a year so ya don't have to many chances for it to run right. I understand all too well, it really really sucks. I would be doing something different if I were you, either the Vipec or just take it out to Corey.
That being said how come no one has tried a Boondocker box on a Silber? At less then one third the price of a Vipec, they seem to work well, be reliable and easy to tune in if you know anything about tunning.
That is the best phrasing i have yet to read on snowest this year....Soooo true. Lots of people wouldn't be fooled and sent the wrong way costing them thousands of hard earning money.Just wish we as customers and snowest members would speak more honestly about our situations.
