So what can be done to prevent this then ehhh? haha sorry I just can't take this very seriously. the odds of this being possible are so slim. Even if it is somehow real I doubt it would affect me or a majority of people. Most are nothing but lowly workers. Its never the workers who get hurt no matter what kind of troubles arise. Infrastructure always remains intact and the people needed to do their jobs live.
