Who else loves their Impulse Yammi?

How about the intake noise on these kits? I have heard from several sources that it is LOUD and gets to be quite annoying after awhile. They say earplugs are pretty well mandatory.

It's not that bad:face-icon-small-dis You don't need earplugs lol

Love my Impulse Nytro, goes like stink and always runs great. Paul has the best service. Thanks Paul for a great kit!

Not as noisy as the two stroke turbos I have owned. I don't wear them and with the helmet on doesn't seem to be an issue.

I go back and forth from 2 stroke turbo to Impulse and at first I def notice the sound but only for a few mins. In my opinion it is more noticeable on the Nytro. When you ride one the first time it def seems weird but you won't notice it after 20 mins and you will notice your face hurting from perma grin

Fit and finish, customer service, innovation and quality there are none better. As for that low end bog I must be the one guy that does not have it on the Nytro or maybe I was the one guy to take the time to tune my sled. :face-icon-small-dis. You know the one thing that Impulse offers that no others do is the auto tune on the fly, that can be a helpful thing when you over boost. Trying adding fuel with other systems when that happens in the middle of a climb or out of the hole.:face-icon-small-win

I think the slight burble that I sometimes get is when the fueling switches from stock to the pure logic.

BoostIt would be awesome! but its just not in the cards right now.. I have the standalone with closed loop and I still have a small stumble, I hope the a new lighter bov spring will help too..

Turn your idle up to 1800 rpms and do fine 1/8 turn adjustments on your fuel regulator until you get it cleaned up. Also, be sure you tap into line between the stock 4 way vacuum distribution block and the stock MAP sensor for you line running to the standalone MAP sensor(don't run it off the same line going to your blow off or boost gauge, make it dedicated).
