On the right side of the screen is the down hill return path. Riders stop at the return "gate" and there appear to be officials checking for something on the suspension, and rear of each sled.

Anybody know what for? Broken rails, loose parts???

all you can see is a wall of camo, why did you park your rig right in front of the web cam, do us all a favor, pull it ahead or move it back so we can see the HILL.

Don't know the answer to you question but I DO WISH I WAS THERE!!!!
I picked the wrong year to not go. Should be riding today at Togwotee and then watching Saturday, Sunday. Instead I went last year when there was no freaking snow.

Ok now I am paying attention to what was going on.

They are taking off the ski brakes from the skis.

They cut old belts in half and bolt them back together to loop around the skis to help the sled go slowly down the hill. Those things work quite well. I have used them a few times and it helps you go down the hill without going 80 mph into a tree. It helps out in some sticky situations when you need to go back down a steeeeeep hill.

They get to that point and take the ski brakes off and put them in the back.

The cam frame updates have really slowed down. Must be a bunch of people logged on. (sorry I brought up the subject. lol / jk.)
I started watching at about 8:00a.m. central time, and it was updating about every 2 seconds. Now about every 20 sec. Oh well. A few years ago this would not have been possible.
