Who balances clutches, I'm in SW Iowa and dont know of anybody close, will send it out if I need to, closer the better for ship time. Also how much does this cost on average to balance primary only. Thanks

I know 1200psi and Indy Dan can do it.
Indy dan would be closer to you than Brad(1200psi)
Theres lots more places that do but those are the only two that comes to mind. I always send people to Brad.

Clutch balancing
Another thing to consider is that Indy Dan (and possibly others) is/are able to balance the pieces individually so that if you re-set the sheave to belt clearance you don't have to worry about aligning the "X" s
