any access info on 1000 road or cold creek parks. can you ride on snow from these areas?

Last weekend we rode out of Cold creek and there was solid coverage right from the parking lot... I heard from another rider that there was about 200 ft of pavement showing on the 1000 rd just above the birm, but otherwise it was still covered also.
