which turbo kit and why

In response to dcturbo and i promise to not comment again! I ride with Drinkwyo and there was no bashing, just a friendly razzing and he knows it! I ride one of Scotts(Diamond s sleds) and haven`t had a problem. So no need to preach to me dcturbo!

Response to Drinkwyo, how do you know that kit works well when you haven`t even run it yet? Drinkwyo, you know i am just joking. I run one of Diamond s sleds and haven`t had any problems with it. I talked to the guys at impulse before i bought this sled. They are very professional and are willing to talk to you and explain their kit , it is a very clean kit, the only thing that kept me from going that way was the lack of padding on the seat! But don`t count Scotts turbo kits out either, they run good!

Holman....
So you bash Kevin, Drinkwyo then you give me a "Bad thread". for defending him. Then give Drinkwyo a "Thanks" Then you edit your post saying your just joking?? and that your friends with him? Then you should know about his header problems he had on his old kit:confused: WTF? rookie??

I ran my Apex for 6800 km with the mcx and never had an ounce of trouble that wasnt caused by my stupidity. That was with the 310 kit. I have 2800kms on my nytro with the mcx (240 kit ) and have not had an issue yet. I believe it is all due to the guy who installed the kit, someone who knows what clutching and weights to run with your system can make a HUGE difference. Research the installers as much as you research the turbo system !!!!!

From what I've seen of Alpine, MCX, and Impulse, I would run any one of them, go with what ever one gives you the best service in your area, they all break something at some point. All depends what your looking for in a sled.

Exactly!!! None of them are failsafe.
