Which sled?

So I talked to a local dealer today and he said that he has a left over 2012 with a 155'' track still in the create and wants it gone he said 10,400 plus tax and it mine or he also has a 2012 demo 163'' with 400 miles for 9000 plus tax. he will include extended warrenty with the demo. I am leaning toward the new one cause i like the 155'' better for my riding style and was just looking to see if these are decent numbers for these sleds?
Thanks
Mike

Just a FYI
I think if your dealer didn't have the demo the 155 would be a little cheaper, jmo.

I'd say find a 2013 standard RMK... you get the new seat, the new running boards, engine upgrades etc... for about $9700.

Honestly, the demo sounds like a pretty sweet deal... and lets be honest there is never a time when you say gee I wish I didn't have that extra 8 inches of track

If those are the only two choices I would say... 163"
A friend of mine just bought new a 2012 Pro 800 155' ES for $9100.
A new 2013 Pro 800 155" is going for around $11,000.
This is in MN.

That 8 inches only equates into about 3 on the ground. Does make a difference in deep snow.

Are you aware of the driveshaft and quickdrive belt failures on the 13s? I would factor that into the decision too. Also, I thought the "deal" on 12s was for $9995. Are there any extras on that sled that would drive the cost up $400?
