Hi guys,
I am looking for a boost gauge for my sled. It's a 2009 TM9 Boondocker. Does anyone have one they would recommend?

Specs:

-2 1/16” size

-0-15 psi

-white face would be cool

-mechanical type

Thanks for your help!

The one that works.
On my turbo street bikes I never had a auto meter that lasted more then a year. went through 3 or 4 of them. They would go out of calibration. Needle sit at 2 psi when bike is turned off. Their is no way to recalibrate or move the needle on them. One of them the needle fell off.
I got a vdo gauge that has ben on my turbo xp for 2 years now without any problems.

I am going to try the aem tru boost gauge/ controller, I like the fact that it has the high boost recall on it.

My autometer gauge isn't reading zero right now. I will have to compare the gauge to the bd box and see if it's accurate. If not I'll try the VDO.

I've got an autometer 0-20 psi 2 1/16 gauge, works great! No issues. I am changing it out for a prosport digital boost gauge though. I like the pretty lights! Lol

I have never owned one, but have thought of getting one several times. Looks really nice. I actually wanted to get one for the xp, but after spending alot of money on the sled that year I just got the vdo.
I am useing two vdo boost gauges. One for fuel presure and another one for boost. They were only something like $35 each.

Ya I think I paid like $300 for the boost gauge/ controller, hopefully it works for that price, the other one I was considering a turbo smart controller/ gauge which was like $500, I cheaped out a touch on that.

I use a boost gauge made by an offshor emarine company called dynotune. Fully water sealed, digital, 250psi max reading, nd full billet consruction for $170ish. Used it all last year without a glitch of problems. I know it's not the mechanical type that you are looking for, but I know finding a smaller scale boost gauge is pretty difficult.

My Autometer boost gauge in my truck has a set screw to adjust it. The instructions say it might need to vent to reset based on altitude and temp.

On my sled I use the VDO mechanical gauges. No problems. I ended up going with the 0-15 boost gauge from the 0-30, little easier to read. I left the 0-30 in for fuel pressure. One nice thing about using the same gauge between fuel and boost is its easy to tell how much extra fuel pressure over boost its making.

Thanks guys! We ended up ordering the VDO 0-15psi one, and the cool AEM guage boot to keep the thing dry.
