Which front end to buy for my Assault 155" 2011?

Hi guys!
Preparing for snowmobile season! Just a couple of months left.. :D

I'm in need of a new front end; "A-arm kit", for my sled.
Click the link to see se what I'm talking about; http://www.zbrozracing.com/40-a-arm-kit-4

Do you have any suggestion of what producer I should choose? :)

Thanks!
Just something to keep in mind, but moving that from from original stance will require a shock change, unless the manuf. has made modifications for this. Something some guys either dont realize, or think about. Thanks!

Dan

Pro with assault shocks.

Im running zbroz arms 40". With assault shocks and i had to trim my spindles to be able to steer at full droop ie when skis are up locks the steering otherwise.

Can you do pics of the spindle mods ... before and after would be great !

Stockers fit

Stock pro arms work great with assault shocks. Its just the high clearance z broz arms that hit the spindle. Ill post a pic if i can get tapatalk to work.

Im sure it is

If i rode trails i might not like it. Personally i like the higher ride height, its also narrower. Great for tight trees and steep

When I tried to put them (Assault shocks) on my Pro, it looked like it could get them on, but I would need to ditch the sway bar. It wouldn't allow the lower arm to move down far enough to accept the longer shock. I decided that it may not be the best idea and have been searching for an alternative a-arm with no luck so far. Everyone else I've talked to about it that seem to know what's up say it screws up geometry and can bind at full up or down... Not sure what to think.

I am going to try Alt's Alternative Impact Ti arms this year.

Actually on the stock Pro shock, the work better when travel is shortened just a bit. It brings the front end down lower and greatly improves handling. Also, I have found that I prefer using the sway bar and run the shocks on the stiffer side. Actually makes sidehilling much easier and prevents the downhill dive on slow off camber turns or near tree wells. I did alot of expirementing with it last year.

To each their own i guess.

I rode a pro, stock ride height with a full exit shock setup and sway bar intact. Back to back with mine no, sway bar assault shocks etc. I liked the higher setup better all around. Brush busting, hard landings, sidehilling had a much fatter sweet spot. Now that same guy with the pro traded the exits off for assault shocks plus cash, yanked the swaybar and Its working great.
Just my experience

So you shortened your stock Pro shocks, not the Assault shocks??
