Where to strap?

I have a 13 Pro and a Shortbox Ford. I made a deck for it, but am not sure where to strap in the back of it. My old Rev had a triangle type mount off the tunnel that I used.

So, I have either the back of the running board:

Or this bar:

What's best?

I also have this across the front, so only need to worry about the rear.

That's what we do. We don't keep anything on the tunnel though.

Why? The gas is strapped in & the bag bolted to the tunnel.

Unless you ride with nothing on the tunnel, which my theory is whether the weight is on my back or sled, it's still there.

Is there any downside to transporting it with anything on the tunnel?

Ratchet strap over the track. That way the strap wont come off when suspension compresses going over bumps.

Ive always ran a strap through the rear scissor arm. never had a problem...

Does this prevent the sled from sliding back, prevent it from bouncing or both?

I wrap the strap over/under the seat mount. Also with a short box ford and the same sled. Did this with my assault as well. Never had an issue
