Three creeks sno park south of Sisters might be the best place for you with the kids and all. You can ride over to Bachelor from there if you like. Or try Wanoga sno Park on the way to Bachelor. You cannot unload at Bachelor. Usually trail maps in the shelters.

Steve3,

When riding with the kids, we prefer Hoodoo or Paulina. Lots of trails, with plenty of play area's that even the kids can get into at Hoodoo. Pretty much all flat so it's a great place to learn. Paulina has better grooming of the road into the lake, and the family likes getting hot lunch at the lake cabin.

Three Creeks is not bad either, at least at first, as the road into the lake is always well groomed, and wide. Once you start the trail section to dutchman and moon mountain though, plan on a beating unless you leave the trail. And there are some sections of the trail that new riders can be intimidated.
