Where to ride in the Bend area???

A friend of mine and I may have to go over to Bend next week for some business stuff and we are thinking of bringing our sleds. I normally ride Mt Adams and we are looking for some boondocking, climbing, etc... Not into trail riding.

Whats over in your neck of the woods for that type of riding? Which Sno Park should we unload at?

Thanks!

Well try and unload as high as possible. Most everyone rides towards Moon Mtn from Bachelor. If you go to Sisters and hang a left towards Three Creeks Lake there is a ton of riding there too. Not too sure how much is up there yet. I'm waiting to get my turbo sled done to bring over for New Years to ride hopefully

New length restriction at Dutchman Snow Park 40 feet total length. Thought it was 45 feet last year?
Enforcement is kind of hit and miss. To be on the safe side you need to disconnect your trailer from the truck and have a snow park permit for both.
What days are you riding? May have my sled back running soon.

Mid week parking is not bad but weekends you need to be up their by 8:00am

Possibly Thursday, or Friday.

We have a sled deck so we are cool to park anywhere. I have read that a lot of people head to Moon. Probably will head that way. We have GPS as well.

Thanks!
