where to ride if you live in pendleton

Don't trust Blue, he will lead you astray and then you will never find your way back. His only skill is ending up where he started, more or less in one piece. At least it's an adventure.

So blue, where do you ride usually? Is there any riding around Walla Walla?

Not really. No Sno-parks that is.
Just put the word out and someone will speak up. Went up the mountain last night to morning creek and there was about 6-7 inches of snow, heading back up tonight to set up elk camp.

Tolgate is the riding around W2 , you can also go up to Bluewood Ski resort area and ride out of there, but it gets pounded also. A lot more open areas to get around Tolgate area and alot more miles of groomed, once you get out 10 miles from the snopark it isnt so bad, and there is alot of cross country riding, all types of skills. Well seems like everyone is on here howdy to all. and hope to have some awesome times this winter, I hope it compares to last year some of the best powder ever, Genie just keep checking on here, you can hook up with anyone of us this winter, I always look for someone new to<bury> ahem I mean ride with. I will probaqbly be on my old sled, and saving for a new one maybe one more year

elkman you going to be up Wenaha area, I have just a lowly spike tag but no friends to hunt with wasnt sure if I was going to go or not, dont you come up the back way of looking glass hatchery and stay up at the meadows,<cant think of the name>

no im not going to be there this year i am in montana now how did you know thats where i camped at you talking about sheep creek. i had a guide camp there for a couple years but mostly camped closer to troy near hoo doo.and why blue are you choosing wenaha for spikes i woulg go either south fork if you have weather or go into emily off the summit road my brother had a big bull tag in there this year and saw quite a few spikes.

problem is there is no more general season tags so I had to put in , May even for just a 2nd choice spike tag.which was weneha. Normally I hunt either Ballooon Tree area, or lookingglass, sometimes along the watershed , tiger canyon area but that is too far just by myself, was looking for a decent spot maybe jjust jet up by myself and drive around , has to be Wenaha side, that is the tag I have.

Nope I didn't get a branch or a spike tag, just a cow tag, and I'm heading to Elgin this weekend to hunt. I was in Spokane last weekend trying to promote my snackerpackers at the snowmobile/atv show.
I'm so ready to go sledding, but my sled isn't still waiting for a darn part.

i was gonna go to that show but went elk hunting instead. hey blue try over by sheep creek go around sweikard meadows there will be elk there.or head up towards cross canyonand hunt between there and hoodoo lots of elk hang in there also.

Tollgate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you head north on Hwy 11 and then East on Hwy 224 at the little town of Weston you can ride in the Tollgate area. Andres Prairie (?sp) Sno-Park is a good starting point.

Once you get a mile away from the parking lots, the Tollgate area never seems busy to me. We can ride for better than half an hour without seeing anyone frequently.

Yup, tollgate is full of people and bumpy trails :D

I have the biggest buzz ever from just looking at the web cam!

It is hy 204 not 224

heres the web cam site>>>> http://www.tamarackinnbb.com/weather.htm

Hay X as soon as i get skis on my sled im there! Heck Ill just just run some crap ones until my Grippers come in just to get to Go!!!!!!!!!
