Where to mount wideband

I'm putting a wideband on my rear mount push turbo kit. It's an aem uego and the instructions say to mount it after the turbo, but I have no room to do so as it's a tunnel dump muffler straight off the turbo. Is it ok to mount before the turbo? Thanks for any help.

On MPIs kit they are mounting them before the turbo.
