Where to buy yeti parts online fast?? 2 weeks response time with them is getting old

What are you guys doing to get yeti parts online??

Man are they ever giving me a runaround and making it impossible to order parts and say good things about them.

I can only order through a dealer so now I gotta get the dealer to middle man everything and inquire about parts/prices/availability. It’s been 13 days now and still no response from yeti/camso which seems to be the norm. They also take 2+ weeks to respond to my emails which is complete bs. I’m glad these aren’t critical parts and I can still ride without them or I’d be royally pissed off. A spare belt would be nice to have sooner than later though.... If yeti/camso is aiming for worst customer service of 2018 they’re off to a damn good start.

I have had the same experience trying to talk to Camso, they have not responded to an email I sent about 2 months ago. But Daryl at Argyle Motorsports in Edmonton has been pretty helpful so far with parts, they actually have a reasonable amount of stuff in stock. He ordered some parts for me and called me a week later when they arrived, shipped them next day via Greyhound. I have also heard that Twisted shifter in Echville are also good. It is certainly not like before when you could call Yeti and speak directly with Jamie, he was awesome and knew the product inside and out, but we are dealing with a much larger company now.

They must not have the Yeti thing organised yet because for actual Camso parts you get them the next day. Its awesome.

Another shout out to Darryl at Argyll. I tried to get a tunnel, fit kit and a bunch of other Yeti parts from Camso for 2 months. Me and my dealer were both calling and emailing with no responses. I was ready to sell my kits and fly across the country to punch that Camso rep in the balls. I gave Darryl a call in a last ditch effort and he had my stuff in just over a week. Darryl and Ryan from Argyll.... They will make it happen.

get this one... its over a belt!!!!! a 28mm wide belt. they only make 2.... 20mm and a 28mm. the part number I gave them off the yeti microfiche site has their fking heads spinning... like seriously?? sell me a goddamn 28mm belt, its not rocket science. my dealership is just as frustrated. ive been waiting 3 weeks now for them to communicate back and for camso to figure out what belt I need. this is driving me nuts.

Well. Camso just told dealership they won’t have belts till mid April. What a joke

No I havnt. I’m not in desperate need for the belt quite yet. It would just be a spare. I’m trying to give my local dealer a chance as they do free shipping and are good to me.

My second choice would be the yeti rep that I bought the bike off. He’s got good connections.

But worst case scenario I will keep those guys in mind if they can make stuff happen quick. That’s good to know. Thanks for the hook up.

I’m more so disappointed/surprised that 1. Camso is confused about the belt I need and 2. They can’t get any to their dealers for yet another 6 weeks. What a joke.

TOOK me months to finally get a small tube of aluminum from them for my spindle. Ended up costing me almost to 50$. Wasn’t too happy.

Not sure it will help but call CMX and ask him the length of his belts.
