Where should i get snow eliminators from?

I am sick of trying to keep my running boards clean on my 06 M7. So i want to give in and by some. Are there any that are better than others? where do i get cheap ones from that work well? your help would be great.
thanks

Deerhorn look at the porting thread in general and if you would like that done Qreiff does that in Longmont he could set it up for you. PM me and I'll get you in contact with him.

The plastic ones from fastlane work very well and look great. I have F-bombs snow-eliminators on my King and my friend has the black plastic from fastlane. Absolutly no comparison. His boards are clean all the time. Mine are just harder to clean off because of the grips.

I have actual snoweliminators on my 06 900 rmk and they seem to work perfect. Riding in 4 feet of powder and I had my running boards clean the whole time. No complaints. $129.95 not bad

I just installed the Cutler's on my '05 M7 yesterday, have not got to try them yet but am looking forward to it. The one thng I wll say is that they are cut to fit perfectly, all holes for rivits are predrilled, there are notches to fit around the factory rivits, the large board holes fit around the factory raised grips (that you cut out), and the rivits are included. Easy for even a novice.

get the fastlanes, made my boards stronger and they dont hold any snow. they have good traction and dont rip your boots up like others. spent the extra 30 bucks and get them, you wont be dissappointed.

D and I spent the last five days in 5 feet of powder..........Better Boards are it! We were fighting for our lives most of the time and the last thing we had to worry about was slipping off the boards. When we could stop and catch our breath, any snow that was on the boards was gone with a stomp.

Don't fool around, call Rob and forget snow covered boards! B

If you are putting them on a cat, Cutler is the only way to go. The fit is PERFECT. That makes it all worth it if you ask me. I hate aftermarket parts that dont fit.

Again... Better Boards are the way to go... I have them on both my M1000 and Nytro. Fit is perfect and customer service is better then any. :)

I'm not sure I would buy the Better Boards again. Granted I love to jump and feel I abuse my sled fairly well, but in only 3 rides the grips are starting to crack at the corners and twist down and deform. I weight about 190-195 all ready to go. I think the traction edges are just to tall and create too much leverage. They are on a Nytro MTX.

Aside from that, they work awesome. The boards stay clean and provide great traction all the time. I think I see a VE race tunnel in my future though.

Do you still get snow packed in the foot wells?

mine was so bad last ride I couldn't get my foot in the foot wells lol, solid chunk of ice I had to get it out with a screw driver (ice pick)

Just a little bit builds up in the footwells, but it's way better than stock. I haven't dug out my screwdriver ice chipper since I installed them.
