Where is the snow good NOW??

Murph, Some buddys of mine are in Utah this weekend said the snow was good with 8" pow on a 3'-4' base and it was snowing when I called them ( Friday night).. I'm headed over Pres. Day weekend to meet up with them. So we will have snow in the Sierras that weekend for sure, since I'll be in Utah! LOL
I'll now a little more on conditions tomorrow.

Ya i'm in the same boat here in mammoth, lots of time to do maintenance and work on the sleds. Looks like it is coming back next week keeping my figures crossed, and going to the gym so It doesn't feel like first day of the season all over again.

your lucky you boys got snow. we had 3ft or so of fresh snow an it was epci then it went from -32c to +2c in one day then it stayed warm for all of jan we got no snow left. retarded weather. Grande prairie alberta

4-5 feet in the last two days!!! the sierras are back in action now!! were gonna see snow all the way to sunday. maybe another 2 feet!! im actually hopeing some of it settles before sunday so its not too deep.

In the last 7d's Whistler and the surrounding have gotten 187cm's/76in!!

get out gps, in Montana, no trail sign, 1 set of tracks, perfect snow ( thats a stupid idea ), deep enough, clipped a bussiness card and $100 bill to tree branch, pretty safe. go quick, card only 4ft off ground, will be covered in a week or two.
