Where are the Snow Checks?

Dealer told me it was supposed to ship Nov. 17th. A couple of days ago Polaris told me it will be shipped any day now. This is my first snow check, but I know this is not the norm. Snow is on the ground and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated. Is anyone else still waiting? Anyone know what the delay is?:censored:

Most of my dealer's snowchecks seemed to be in by October. Mine arrived late September.

Mid November is the latest I've seen. Crazy you haven't gotten yours yet. I got mine in the beginning of September.

I just bought a 163 LE Snowcheck that a guy backed out on; and all the other snowchecks are already gone.

Got my 17 snowcheck Pro 155 2.6 blue/black on 9/23
Friends 17 snowcheck Assault 155 2.6 just arrived last week

That's your answer. SBA's are sold primarily in the later snow states, and they are on a new platform this year, meaning their calibrations were likely tested the longest. Both circumstances will push their build to back of the production schedule.

It's December. Go talk to your dealer and ask/tell them to give you a 17 demo sled to ride until your snowcheck sled shows up. Eric

There must be more to it than that as a co-worker ordered a rush and only received a shipping confirmation email a couple days ago and someone else stated Polaris told him there were issues that are now resolved.

Plus many others have received their SBAs. Nobody seems to know what the problems were. Seems pretty hush hush.

Absolutely could be. Likely a vendor issue, since most of the parts are made by someone else, poo does the assembly of motor and chassis. I was behind the scenes at an OEM in 2001 when 9/11 happened. That shut down motor, and all other, imports, dead bang - those sleds, including spring orders (big cc flagships, of course) didn't get delivered in Jan/Feb of 02. It happens. Good luck!
