Cool pic. Compare the deep snow ability of that with a sled, I'm curious.

Also, if you get stuck, how easily do you get out and how?

Seen you in the Sugar Bowl. Came around into the bowl and looked over and was like...What the f*ck?! Awesome to see it's another option to get around in....What was the trail ride like? I know if wasn't much fun on the sleds, just wondering what it was like in the RZR.

too deep for the sleds??? cant say i have ever encountered that problem!!!
looks like a blast though, also curious about how the trail ride would be.....thinking about it, it probably does pretty good cause those things have some serious suspension.

My buddy has the larger Polaris Ranger with the track kit.....the trail ride is butter smooth. Like won't spill your beer through the gnarliest whoops smooth. Which is good, because it's really slow and drinking beer passes the time.

Here it is at the top of the clearcut at the Rover cabin....we drove straight up the front, took a few trys for sure lol

That is cool. I have thought about something like that for my Dad, too old to ride his quad anymore and he hasn't ridden a sled in years. So like the other guy asked what do you do for a bad stuck?

its really smooth on the trails until the whoops get over 2 feet then you have to slow down quite a bit . this thing pulls hard being at 90 hp . super fun in the deep pow until you hit a tree well :face-icon-small-dis. the winch saved me in the trees a few times last week . i haven't got stuck in the open yet , i think only a creek draw or dropping down some thing too steep would get me big time stuck . in the trees though it gets around better then a sled , wicked flotation and i can throw it in reverse and back out of most situations

You must be joking to suggest the RZR is capable of deeper snow than a sled ,was a joke right!:face-icon-small-win

"super fun and very deep snow capable"

Very funny! I bud I mine has a setup just like that and it is very deep snow capable as long as that "deep snow" has been compacted.

On a side note they dont sidehill for shizz! :face-icon-small-hap

You have to watch where you ride them in Montana anyway. They dont meet the definition of a snowmobile and are classified as a wheeled vehicle. The F.S will whack ya.

In Idaho if you put a sled sticker on it you can run it down the trail. Had a couple of guys on quads several years ago that were having a hayday on the trails. OHV Stickers and they can give you a ticket but if it has a sled sticker its legal.

In Montana it has to meet this requirement.

"Snowmobile" means a self-propelled vehicle of an overall width of 48 inches or less, excluding accessories, designed primarily for travel on snow or ice, that may be steered by skis or runners and that is not otherwise registered or licensed under the laws of the state of Montana.

I think Paul from Impulse made a one off turbo kit for his brothers XP. A few of us need to get him to make a couple more
