whats your favorite type of riding ?

Big, big adjustment for me over the past few years. Growing up in Michigan, putting 2,000+ miles on the sled a season trail riding.... Raced several years on the MSDRA (Drag racing circut) then moving to Colorado to learn a whole new style of riding! WOW.... Talk about seeing it all! Having lived here in CO. for the past 10 years and now boondocking & riding the backcountry, I can't believe I used to get a rush out of going real fast in a streight line! This is what it's all about.

I like having a destination and workin all day to break trail through the powder and trees and creeks to get there.
Beyond that, a warm spring day with the kids is about as fun as it gets too :)

I just love riding

I like to sled Anything from boondocking in 3 feet powder over creeks through the trees and hillclimbing. My most favorite is riding in the spring wearing a t shirt in the middle of May. I dont care if its a bad day and sleds break down as long as im not at work I dont care because its sledding.

Late Jan to late April riding, good base with lots of traction, about 2-3 feet of fresh powder, medium length (300-500 m: 1/8 to 1/4 mile for you US folk) really steep climbs (I'm talking almost flipping backwards) that get the adrenaline pumping and some steep little valleys and treed areas with lips and dips to do some step up jumps or jump off/down. Also, medium trees that let you keep some speed up with some tight little technical climbs that its either make it or you need to get someone to help you out of that tree well. Sunny weather, a good running sled and a good friends always help make the day!

its has been said before and i will say it again, any type of sledding is better than anything else.

fresh with no crust so it is pretty much bottomless. some trees and plenty of hills to climb.

its so much fun to try and go up some super steep and technical lines, not very long, just really steep. lots of stupid stucks but they test everyones riding to the max, because nothing beats a mid wheelie running board change.

spring snow is definately fun, except coming down, thats so sketchy. but climbing in hero snow is always good, helps you find out were climbs will end up when you know you arent gonna get stuck.

I'm jonesing for a ride so bad right now I would settle for a 50 mile trail ride. But if I got to pick - a 40 miles in a tank of gas powder day, you know what I'm talking 'bout!

Oh, man. I couldn't have put it better. Getting back to the trailer on fumes and crackin' a beer.
Please, please let it snow for real in Utah!!!!
