What's your #1 Favorite place to ride in Wa. State

where not to ride

You all have probably read the article in Snow west Talking up Okanogon county; well, don't believe a word of it. We never get any snow to speak of and all there is stumps and rocks waiting to tear you A-arms off and if you stop for even a second a 15 foot cougar well eat you for lunch. There is a reason one of our hills is called Skull & Cross Bones. You all just better ride over on the west side where it's SAFE!!!

Did we ever get alot of good groomed days at Baker ? ?

Baker is a tough one... Only one trail in and out, starting from low and warm elevation to higher and colder. The amount of traffic that gets put on that one trail is amazing, especially with all the mountain guys burning the trail to get to the riding. Couple all that with the crazy amounts of snow they get, and get every week, that it is impossible to get any sort of base,

The groomer spends a lot of time trying to keep that trail in good condition, but it is hard due to the reasons mentioned above. Most of the NWGC riding area's are similar. Basically one feeder trail in and out that EVERYONE rides.

The NWGC groomer has a difficult job, especially with dwindling funds..... I don't know how they do it, with what little they get.....

Not THE favorite but close...

Martin creek on a good day when we have it to ourselves.
It's not huge but if you know your way around you can keep busy all day!
