...can't because it's inaccessible because it's in wilderness, national park, or just inaccessible in general?

I'd have to say mine would be in glacier national park. Driving over going to the sun road last year made me wonder how much great riding we're missing out on.

Yeah, I wounder that every mourning when I look out my windows and see a blanket of fresh up in the park, lots of good riding area! Haha.

I was thinking if Big Arm on the west side of Flathead lake ever got enough snow to ride on, big open rolling hills would be killer!

Alta Ski Resort once they close it down to skiers in mid April. Many times have I looked at their webcam in late April and May & into June and dreamed of riding on the ski runs. This picture was taken Friday May 13th in 2005. I still look at it and wish I could ride there. Still over 200 inches of snow on the ground in mid May that year. This is just one small portion of the mountain.

Wow, here's a post the greenies will be watching. I don't think i'll post mine

SCREW the tree huggers. Alta, Utah would be another good one and the back side towards Mineral Basin. Lived in Alta the winter of 2000-2001, Moved out there Nov 11 and the Already had a 75" base!

There's about 109 million acres I'd like to ride on. But, some self interested, selfish, freedom hating, bastage closed it all. So much for freedom, pursuits of happiness, sharing the public lands, renewing my spirit in the wild places I should be able to visit, the incredible excitement and joy and anticipation this sport brings into my life, and all the memories created by spending time with your friends and family in the mountainsr. Only the pre-copernican superior people get to use it. @#%^@&%^*@%@#$@#$ them.

I hear there's about another 60 million acres, that I'd like to ride also. It's not wilderness, but it's managed "as wilderness", "defacto-wilderness".

Actually, I'd be very happy to let them keep their wilderness, if they'd quit trying to close my remaining areas. If NREPA goes through. I'm looking for a job in Alaska. Or going into politics, to advance state succession. I also believe that since all national forest should be accessible, that even a relatively healthy person such as me, should be able to equally access the middle of the wilderness, not just some super human hiker. The definition of disabled should be revisited.

I don't think there is better riding than the glaciers around whistler.Lone goat is awesome,Callahan was great, with the roller coaster, but the best I have EVER seen is Slim creek, we rode there for 7 hours and burned 21 gallons per sled and never saw a track and still came back on fumes(mine ran out 1 mile from the truck) I LOVE to video but got only 3 minutes because the area was ssssoooooooooooo huge:eek::eek::eek: unless you see it you simply would not believe it. This makes turtle and boulder look like hunters range.:face-icon-small-sad The ice caves are also something to behold,:)I should dig up some of the pics...anyway that would be my choice in a heartbeat.........02
