I have an '08 XP 146" and I'm gonna be replaing my stock track... some lugs have actually torn off!!! Wondering if this has happened to anyone else and more importantly, what new track I should be replacing it with? Powdermax?? Challenger Lite again???

Thanks

Well if you have the powdermax and you tore some lugs off I wouldn't be replacing it with the same track. The C-lite is really only good for the spring.
I think this is a good opportunity to do the 150 extreme, haven't found one person yet who isn't totally happy with it plus you won't have to change drivers.
Otherwise I'd do the Maverick but you'll have to give up the 16 wide.

Camoplast Extreme 2.5

Well it looks like BRP isn't gonna warrant my Challenger Lite track. I couldn't be more pissed about it either!!! The %$#@^ thing falls apart and they don't stand behind it!!!

Seriously considering getting a different brand of sled next year over this crap. They are gonna lose a ton of business if they keep this $#!T up IMO.

snowjob, when you go to a 150 off a 146 rail, can you eat up the slack w/ big wheels? or do you need rail extensions?

I just saw your post, I am in the same boat, my track shredded yesterday. I would go with a Powerclaw if it wasn't too much of a pain to install on an XP 146. I have to spend a fortune on anything right now, especially replacing something that only lasted 400 miles (stock xp track).

Ihave been running a couple different ideas around. Any one think I will be able to fit a 153 with new rails in the 146 tunnel?

Not without a tunnel extension or removing the snow flap.. not much clearance between the end of the track and the flap. It is a common mod to trim the flap as it gets caught backing up or in powder with the stock length skid, never mind an extra 7 inches!
