thinking about what to do for venting. who all makes vents anymore. i would like some good shock tower vents for sure but dont care for the look of the aluminum on the slp i would like to be less contrasting

These are fire n ice hi flo shock tower vents. i got them through nmmiles on here because i wanted them powder coated and fire n ice only sells them in aluminum

how does the fire n ice vents work. from the pic looks like snow could get through pretty easily or is there some fine mesh behind that you cant see in the pic

Haven't got to use them yet, no extra screen on the back. But I ran these vents from Holz last year and never had any snow get in. (over the hood pow) The holes in the Holz vents are way way bigger than the fni vents so I am not worried. you can almost fit a rivet through the holz vents. ran/run them on clutch side too

The aluminum vents that HM sells are all FnI vents also

Carbon Fiber vents from HM Turbos

Here are the ones from HM Turbos, they are the same price as the Fire N Ice ones, just a little lighter and stronger.

i would go with the fire-n-ice vents i custom fitted them on a polaris edge and they work great the only prob is that when i cross creeks sometimes it will get a little water on the front clutch but other than that the snow wont get in

ordered the hm carbon fiber ones because they are less conspicuous. who sells the side vents with the dragon on them though

We make aluminum framed vents, but ours are not visible when you put them on the sled. We wrap the material around the frame as opposed to gluing it on the back side.

Take a look at the link in my signature line and let us know if there is anything we can help you with.

We would love the opportunity to earn your business!

check out mountain fit hoods. they make a great product. i have every one of there vents on my d8 and even if he doesn't have what you want he will make it. he makes all his stuff in house. and he is cheaper than anyone.

2 cool and fire n ice make great vents... durable, hold up to just about anything great customer service with both as well

Is the prefilter stuff needed with the shock tower vents? I would think the stirrup vents would be fine without it
