Whats a safe amount of oil to bring

I have'nt had a chance to install a rollover kit yet. Leaving sunday for a trip to Revy, wondering how much oil to put in my pack. thanks

I always carry a quart. If you ride with other 4 stroke guys have them carry a quart to.

I carry a liter in front of the oil reservoir. Fits in there perfectly

especially if you are on a nitro get the oft rollover tether with valve, last year a nitro cleaned out our entire group in two rolls. almost had to steal out of the tanks on sleds to get him out.

I had the kit on my 08, it's a great mod.

Just put the ROV on... it takes less time than finding room for an extra quart of oil under the hood!

Does anyone know id the oft rollover tether with valve be easily installed on a apex with a MPI supercharger? I see that the valve goes in just before the stock air box im wondering if it would still fit in with the mpi intercooler.

I'm sure it would as long as you have room somewhere along your oil tank vent to mount the valve.

The roll-over shut-off valve will fit along side the intercooler, on a S/C Apex.
On an Apex, the valve is installed in the vent hose that is routed down and connects to the left front of the crankcase. Instead of in the hoses that are routed to the oil tank, like you would on a Nytro/Phazer.

The OFT kit fits cleanly underneath the intercooler, just like underneath the airbox.
