Whats a 05 yz450 bike worth???

Just curious I don't keep up on the bike stuff much but what is in great shape rode 4-6 times a year 05 yz450 worth with a rekluse??

Also what is the dif between the 06 to the 08's??? I know they had the
6 speed. Is there anything else??? Also what does a new used 06 or 07 go for???

I have a 2007 YFZ450 that I'll sell ya for $5500 that's literally hardley been ridden at al (I suck at riding it so I dont ride it hard or ride it much) .... that help? heh

Around here I would guess it's worth $4-4500 if it's clean and well maintained. The yammie thumpers have proven to be rock solid. I had a million hours on my 426 with no problems at all... just regular maintenance.

I've never heard of a 6-speed 450... lol that would be a 100mph deathmobile. As far as I know, minor changes every year since the new frame in '06. The 08' has different fork valving and steering head geometry that's supposed to make it turn better, but it also has that stupid, power robbing car muffler.

I haven't ridden the '08 but the '07 I tried was a solid bike. It wasnt as fast as my KX450, but really stable and easy to ride.
